By 2030, TestCMS will be the trusted global authority on child and youth mental health in the digital age.

Safe Online’s TestCMS initiative will shape the digital child wellbeing landscape globally. We will catalyse change by deploying $100 million in research, technology innovation, and scaled interventions to build a digital world that enhances child wellbeing.

We will build coalitions to influence policy and engage technology companies to build digital environments where children can genuinely thrive. We will be the sector convener, leading and facilitating scientific evidence, sharing learning and building consensus.

We will use this momentum to drive the development of new tools at our innovation hub. Our tools will be embedded in national tech systems, and rolled out globally, helping to build a digital world where children are thriving.
